I know I say it everytime but her speech is really coming on. You can have a proper conversation with her now and she also understands what the words mean. She also, to my mind, seems to be at the threshold of reading ie she is recognizing written words.
Maybe it is all just "Global Development Delay" and she'll catch up soon enough.
