Got the results back from my recent trip to the Lungs Clinic. As far as I can understand it, it looks pretty reasonable to me for a man of my age and who hasn't done any real sport since before his kids were born and who sticks religiously to the Color Coded Diet (my internal organs are reddish-brown so logically I eat foods that are the same colour. You don't paint a room you want brown with green paint, do you?).
ASH and the Tobacco Control Industry would have us believe that just the merest whiff of second hand smoke means an agonizing death from Lung Cancer etc.
