While we were out on an after dinner stroll the other evening, we walked down "Stormstrasse" until we reached a barrier. The Ol' Boy in the house there came out and told us that he'd been living there for the last 70 years and that the road used to be the road to the village of Leuchtenburg, before they built the autobahn.
I probably need to get a life but that kind of thing fascinates me...as do the cobbles of the original Strasse which peek through in places....I'd guess they were laid around 1880...
