It should be noted that that is one of my bestes 13mm spanners. I red taped it and some others ages back when I was doing cars a lot so I could see it in the toolbox. Its a really old 'no name' cheapish German spanner, may even have come from Great Granddad who was an mechanic on the Reichsbahn (the Imperial German Railway). It may not have a brand but it isn't silvered (mechanics hate chrome finished tools) rather has a serious 'finish' and despite its simple design grips where often even Facom fails.
